  2. Fill in recipient name (please use phonenumber and press search adress.
  3. Choose an AddOn product.
  4. Fill inn your paymentinformation  and confirm the order.
  5. Your order will be confirmed by email and your flower order are on its way to the recipient.

Deliverycost in addition to flowers are NOK 120.-

Prices
Current prices are shown below each picture and the picture represents the "medium" size. Norwegian sales tax(VAT) 25% are included. A delivery charge will be addes NOK 120 to floral products only.On order placed by telephone to our customer service center, an additional 30 NOK will be added to the delivery charge.

You can purchase FlowerCards which can be redeemed at our participating retail florists to purchase flowers and gifts from the shops. No sales tax will be applied to the purchase of the FlowerCards. On FlowerCards a 25 NOK fee will be applied on phurchases for postage and adminsistration and for books a fee of 80NOK will be applied.

Personal Identity Number and Corporate Identity Number
Payment methods by invoice require your Identity Number. For companies paying by invoice, the corporate identity number is required.

Information Privacy
EuroFlorist handles all customer information as confidential. Information about the sender has to be correctly filled in in case we need to get in contact with the sender, but EuroFlorist will not provide customer information to third parties without the customers explicit consent. Order confirmation
When the order is placed you will get a confirmation on your screen and a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail. You may also receive an orderconfirmation by calling EuroFlorist at +47 67176920 or send an email to info@euroflorist.no

Products
Actual flowers may vary depending on availability in certain regions. Pictures of extra items (i.e. vase, greeting card) represent the type of product available and the actual item delivered by the florist may vary. EuroFlorist can not guarantee product design or add-ons for international orders.

Delivery times
For orders placed before 12:00 pm Monday-Friday and 11:00 am on Saturdays your floral gift will be delivered on the same day throughout the country. EuroFlorist can not guarantee deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. The florist may choose to deliver the flowers the day before or the following weekday for order requested to be delivered on Sundays or public holidays if no other information is mentioned on the placed order. However, in many cities, we can offer same day delivery even if it is passed 12 pm when you place your order. If you still can choose today's delivery date when filling in the city name on the order, that means delivery is still possible for that day. If same day delivery is no longer possible, it will not be possible to choose that date. 
The time of delivery may vary as the florists have different agreements with their delivery companies. Delivery of your floral order usually takes place between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm on weekdays and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturdays. EuroFlorist cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery but will make every effort to meet your request.
Orders for funeral must be placed at least 2 days before delivery date.

FlowerCards and books are delivered during weekdays by first class mail. EuroFlorist can not guarantee delivery date but in general books are delivered within 72 hours or the next weekday. If you choose to have a delivery date during the weekends and public holidays, books will be delivered on the closest weekday.

Delivery Conditions
The customer takes full responsibility that the recipient's delivery information is complete and correct, and if there is a delay in the delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information (including door code) provided by the customer, the order will not be refunded.
When you place an order you have an option to instruct the florist if the recipient is not home to leave the flowers at the door of the recipient or with a neighbor. Depending on the weather the florist will decide whether or not to leave the flowers at the door. EuroFlorist will not be responsible if the flowers are stolen and the order will not be refunded.
If you did not instruct the florist to leave the flowers at the door or at the neighbor when you placed the order and the delivery is delayed because the recipinet is not at home, the order will not be refunded.
If you do not indicate to have the flowers left on the door or with a neighbor when you place the order, the florist will contact the recipient to arrange redelivery. The florist can in some cases call the day before the delivery day to secure the address, doorcode and that the recipinet will be at home for delivery.

Mode of delivery
The flowers will be delivered to the recipient by courier, except in a few small towns and villages in Sweden where the only possible mode of delivery is to send them by bus and ferry. In some cases the florist can contact the recipinet and ask them to collect the flowers by themseles. If the recipient collects the flowers at the shop, the florist will use more flowers in the bouquet since there are no delivery charges.
There are no deliveries by bus on weekends and public holidays.

Currently FlowerCards and books cannot be delivered along with the flowers since they are sent by first class mail.

International deliveries
We deliver flowers to most countries in the world with a few exceptions, such as war zones. If there is a large time difference we need the order the day before the delivery. The orders are handled during business hours.

Delivery of FlowerCards and books can only be delivered to a Swedish address.

Payment and security
You have several payment options to choose from (see Payment Options), and security of payment via our website is of the highest order. As a VIP Member, you have the option of paying by invoice.You must be at least 18 years old to place an order at EuroFlorist. The payment terms for invoices are 10 days. With late payment an additional fee of 56 NOK will be charged, as well as interest. Ordinary credit check will be done without any notice sent to you and the invoice will only be sent to registered address. If paying by invoice a fee of 30 NOK including tax will be added.

FlowerCards and gift books can only be purchased by credit card.

If you are not satisfied
Please contact the florist that delivered the flowers (look for the name on the wrapping paper or address label) with your complaint as soon as possible after delivery. If you have any further problems, please contact EuroFlorist.

Fraudulent orders
All acts of deception and fraudulent orders will be reported to the police.

Address search
You can simplify your ordering by searching on the recipient´s telephone number. If the recipient is found, the address information will be filled out automatically. EuroFlorist is working with a reliable and wellknown company for this information and is not responsible for any information. As a customer you are responsible for the address information to be correct.

Discount code
If you have received a Discount Code you are responsible for it. You can use the discount code for one purchase only. Please contact us if you have difficulties using the code.

Campaignbouquets
10% of the flowervalue on our campaignbouquets goes to research. At this moment we offer Red Cross bouquet and  . Bouquets not including theese accessories can be sent abroad.

Downloading any material from the website is at your own risk.
We process e-mail and orders during our opening hours (Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00, Saturday 09:00-12:30).
