Delivery is normally from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. for company delivery and for private addresses delivery time is between 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Saturday flowers are delivered from 10:00 am to 15:00 pm. The time of delivery may vary as our stores have independent supply contracts.
We are in the process of introducing SMS confirmation for delivery when the flowers have arrived at the receiver. If you have not received an SMS or heard anything from the receiver, then our customer service always assist to provide you with delivery confirmation. We guarantee same day delivery if the order is made by 12:00 pm. Monday to Friday and at the latest 10:00 am. Saturday. We can not guarantee delivery on Sundays and holidays. (If a guarantee is given on selected holidays, we will have a list on the website with respective times and places that the guarantee applies).
We can not guarantee delivery on Sundays and holidays unless otherwise is stated on the website. Orders for delivery on days that are not covered by the guaranteed delivery will be delivered the day before or the next available day.
When you type the recipient's information and card text so you can also fill in the "Special Instructions". You can write if you have any requirements in relation to the bouquet. You can also write if the recipient is allergic - so our florist selects flowers without strong scent.

Send us an e-mail that you would like to cancel your order and your orderID. We need this e-mail no later than 9:00 am on the day of delivery so we have the opportunity to cancel your order. If your order is over 1,500 kr, we need to have the cancellation no later than two working days prior to delivery. Outside business hours you can contact us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the quality or delivery did not live up to expectations, please contact the supplying florist (contact information is on the wrapper of the bouquet) or Euroflorist customer service. This work is often done as soon as possible after delivery so we can correct any errors or omissions. As flowers are a perishable commodity, it’s necessary to contact us as soon possible after delivery so that we have the opportunity to look at the matter.
