Privacy

Your personal information belongs to you. You share your information with Euroflorist because you want to order a product. But we want you to know why we need your personal information and how we process it.


1. Data

Euroflorist only uses the information you give us. This can be when you order a product or service.

We use the following information:

- Name and address of sender and recipient
- Telephone number
- Payment address
- E-mail address
- Payment information
- IP address

As you probably understand, we need to use delivery address data so that we can deliver your order to whomever you want to surprise.

You can also choose to create a customer account. In addition to your personal information, we also store the username you have chosen. That way, you don't have to enter the information every time you order. You can also change and adapt the settings even when you are logged in.

2. Security

We protect the information you provide us with the most advanced technology, so no one has unauthorized access to it. Should it be necessary to share the information with a third party (read why here ), we require the company to process your information as securely as we do, and for the purpose for which it is intended.

3. Storage period

We store personal information for as long as necessary to process your order, and we store it for our own use for a maximum of two years (read more here ). Thereafter, personal information will be deleted, unless we are required to keep it longer for legal reasons. For example, the law requires us to store payment information for seven years.

4. Purpose

We use the data you provide us for various purposes:

To deliver the order: We will of course use the information to process your order. In some cases, we may also share data with companies we work with, also called third parties, to process your order. You can read more about third parties here .

Advertising: We understand that you would like to know all about our beautiful products that we have. If you give permission, you can receive notifications about these via email or social media.

Newsletter / SMS: You can also choose to register for newsletters / SMS. So you always get the latest offers and news. Do you no longer wish to receive newsletters and SMS? You can always unregister via the link in the newsletter / SMS.

Questions: You may also have questions. For example, about your order. You can contact us via a contact form. Here you are asked for certain information. You can of course choose which information you send to us. This information is only stored as long as necessary to answer your question. We would like to help you in the best possible way.

Position data: To help you in the best possible way, it may be necessary for us to see your position (GPS). If we need this information, we ask for your permission.

5. Third party

In some cases, we may share data with companies we work with, also called third parties, to process your order.
